מדיניות פרטיות זו מתארת כיצד אנו ("אנחנו", "שלנו", "האתר") אוספים, משתמשים, מאחסנים ומגנים על המידע האישי שלכם כאשר אתם משתמשים באתר שלנו. מדיניות זו נכתבה בהתאם לתיקון 13 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, תשמ"א-1981, ובהתאם לכללי ה-GDPR האירופיים.

תגובות ופרטיות
כאשר המבקרים משאירים תגובות באתר אנו אוספים את הנתונים המוצגים בטופס התגובה, ובנוסף גם את כתובת ה-IP של המבקר, ואת מחרוזת ה-user agent של הדפדפן שלו כדי לסייע בזיהוי תגובות זבל והגנה מפני הונאות.
יתכן ונעביר מחרוזת אנונימית שנוצרה מכתובת הדואר האלקטרוני שלכם (הנקראת גם hash) לשירות Gravatar כדי לראות אם הנכם רשומים בשירות. מדיניות הפרטיות של שירות Gravatar זמינה כאן: https://automattic.com/privacy/. לאחר אישור התגובה שלכם, תמונת הפרופיל שלכם גלויה לציבור בהקשר של התגובה שלכם.
מדיה ותמונות
בהעלאה של תמונות לאתר, מומלץ להימנע מהעלאת תמונות עם נתוני מיקום מוטבעים (EXIF GPS). המבקרים באתר יכולים להוריד ולחלץ את כל נתוני מיקום מהתמונות באתר. אנו ממליצים למחוק נתוני מיקום מתמונות לפני ההעלאה.
עוגיות (Cookies)

עוגיות התחברות: כאשר תתחברו, אנחנו גם נגדיר מספר עוגיות על מנת לשמור את פרטי ההתחברות שלכם ואת בחירות התצוגה שלכם. עוגיות התחברות תקפות ליומיים, ועוגיות אפשרויות מסך תקפות לשנה. אם תבחרו באפשרות "זכור אותי", פרטי ההתחברות שלכם יהיו תקפים למשך שבועיים. אם תתנתקו מהחשבון שלכם, עוגיות ההתחברות יימחקו.
ניהול עוגיות: באפשרותכם לנהל או לחסום עוגיות דרך הגדרות הדפדפן שלכם. חסימת עוגיות מסוימות עלולה לפגוע בתפקוד האתר.
שירותי צד שלישי ותוכן מוטמע
כתבות או פוסטים באתר זה עשויים לכלול תוכן מוטבע (לדוגמה, קטעי וידאו מ-YouTube, תמונות, מאמרים, וכו'). תוכן מוטבע מאתרי אינטרנט אחרים מתנהג בדיוק כאילו המבקר ביקר באתר האחר.

עם מי אנו חולקים את המידע שלכם
אנו לא מוכרים או משתפים את המידע האישי שלכם עם צדדים שלישיים, למעט במקרים הבאים:
- כשיש לכם הסכמה מפורשת
- כשנדרש על פי דין או צו בית משפט
- עם ספקי שירות המטפלים במידע מטעמנו (כגון אחסון ענן, שירותי אימייל)
- במקרה של בקשה לאיפוס סיסמה, כתובת ה-IP שלכם תיכלל באימייל לאיפוס
משך זמן שמירת המידע
תגובות: תגובות והנתונים אודותיהן יישמרו ללא הגבלת זמן, כדי שנוכל לזהות ולאשר את כל התגובות העוקבות באופן אוטומטי ולמנוע ספאם.
משתמשים רשומים: עבור משתמשים רשומים באתר אנו מאחסנים גם את המידע האישי שהם מספקים בפרופיל המשתמש שלהם. המידע נשמר כל עוד החשבון פעיל.
נתוני אנליטיקס: נתונים אנונימיים על שימוש באתר נשמרים למשך 26 חודשים.

זכויותיכם לפי החוק
בהתאם לתיקון 13 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות ותקנות GDPR, יש לכם הזכויות הבאות:

- זכות לתיקון: לתקן מידע שגוי או לא מדויק
- זכות למחיקה: לבקש מחיקת המידע האישי שלכם במקרים מסוימים

קטינים
האתר אינו מיועד לקטינים מתחת לגיל 13. אנו לא אוספים במודע מידע אישי מילדים מתחת לגיל 13. אם התברר לנו שאספנו מידע אישי מילד מתחת לגיל 13, נמחק את המידע בהקדם האפשרי.
