ברוכים הבאים לאתר גולדמן. תנאי השימוש הבאים חלים על השימוש באתר זה ובכל השירותים הקשורים אליו. השימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה מלאה לתנאים אלו.

1. הגדרות

• "האתר" – אתר גולדמן וכל תכני המשנה שלו
• "החברה" – גולדמן, ובעלי האתר
• "המשתמש" – כל אדם הגולש באתר או המשתמש בשירותיו
• "תכנים" – כל המידע, הטקסטים, התמונות והיצירות המוצגים באתר

2. שימוש מותר באתר

המשתמש רשאי להשתמש באתר לצרכים אישיים ולא מסחריים בלבד. האתר מיועד לצפייה במידע על יצירות האמנות ולרכישתן.

שימושים אסורים:

• העתקת תכנים ללא רשות מפורשת
• שימוש מסחרי בתמונות או בטקסטים
• פריצה או ניסיון פריצה למערכות האתר
• העלאת תוכן פוגעני או בלתי חוקי
• שימוש שעלול לפגוע בביצועי האתר

3. זכויות יוצרים וקניין רוחני

כל התכנים באתר, כולל יצירות האמנות, הטקסטים, התמונות והעיצוב, הם קניינה הרוחני של גולדמן ו/או של בעלי הזכויות בהם.

• אין להעתיק, להפיץ או להשתמש בתכנים ללא רשות בכתב
• יצירות האמנות המוצגות מוגנות בזכויות יוצרים
• השימוש בתכנים מותנה בקבלת אישור מראש
• כל הפרת זכויות יוצרים תטופל על פי החוק

4. רכישות ותשלומים

הזמנות המתבצעות דרך האתר כפופות לתנאים הבאים:

• כל המחירים כוללים מע"מ אלא אם צוין אחרת
• התשלום מתבצע בזמן ההזמנה או לפי הסדר שנקבע
• אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לבטל הזמנה במקרים מיוחדים
• זמני המשלוח הם הערכה בלבד ואינם מחייבים
• המשלוח על חשבון הרוכש אלא אם נאמר אחרת

5. ביטולים והחזרות

בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, הרוכש זכאי לבטל עסקה שנעשתה מרחוק:

• תקופת ביטול: 14 ימים ממועד קבלת היצירה
• תנאי להחזרה: היצירה חייבת להיות במצב המקורי
• יצירות מותאמות אישית: לא ניתנות להחזרה
• עלות משלוח: על חשבון הרוכש למעט מקרי פגם ביצירה

6. אחריות והגבלת אחריות

החברה עושה מאמץ להציג מידע מדויק ועדכני, אך אינה מתחייבת לכך:

• האתר ניתן "כפי שהוא" ללא אחריות מכל סוג
• איננו אחראים לנזקים עקיפים או תוצאתיים
• אחריותנו מוגבלת לשווי הרכישה בלבד
• איננו אחראים לתקלות טכניות או השבתות זמניות

7. פרטיות
